Our brand new Women's and Girls' sessions are the perfect opportunity for anyone aged 11+ to play football in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Depending on your age, we have a session for you! Our sessions are open to all abilities.

Community based Sessions

Monday

Fun football fitness - 19:00-20:00 - Thomas Alleyne School, Stevenage

This session, delivered in Partnership with Stevenage Starlets FC is based around involving Women in football in a fun capacity. The sessions are designed around fun fitness and include some Soccercise activities as well as traditional football games and an opportunity play a match. 

This session is the perfect way for Women to get involved in football for the first time as well as meet new people. The session is for all abilities and costs just £2 per week with your first session being a free taster.

You are not required to pre register for this session, you can just turn up on the day. 

Tuesday

Soccercise - 20:00-21:00 - The Nobel School, Stevenage

 Our BRAND NEW Soccercise session is starting on Tuesday 2nd October at Nobel School in Stevenage. Again, this session is just £2 per week with a free taster on your first week.

Soccercise is an instructor led aerobic exercise or circuit class typically lasting 60 minutes in length. The class is delivered to music and is based on repetitions of specific exercises. The inclusions of footballs in this class adds co-ordination and core stability to familiar exercises. It also builds familiarity and confidence of working with a football. All exercises contain progressions and simplifiers to allow all participation for a mix of abilities and fitness levels.

You are not required to pre-register for this session, you can just turn up on the day.

School Sessions

For these sessions, you must go to the named school in order to attend the sessions.

Monday

Priory School - 15:45-16:45 - This session is based around increasing participation in Women and Girls football and giving girls the opportunity to play football on a regular basis in their school. The sessions are designed to improve technical ability, social skills, teamwork and leadership and also physical fitness. Sessions are made up of a fun warm up, some technical coaching and finished with small sided matches.

Tuesday

Barnwell School - 15:00-16:15 - This session is based around increasing participation in Women and Girls football and giving girls the opportunity to play football on a regular basis in their school. The sessions are designed to improve technical ability, social skills, teamwork and leadership and also physical fitness. Sessions are made up of a fun warm up, some technical coaching and finished with small sided matches.

Simon Balle All-through School - 15:00-16:00 - This session is based around increasing participation in Women and Girls football and giving girls the opportunity to play football on a regular basis in their school. The sessions are designed to improve technical ability, social skills, teamwork and leadership and also physical fitness. Sessions are made up of a fun warm up, some technical coaching and finished with small sided matches.

Wednesday

Thomas Alleyne - 15:00 - 16:10 - This session is based around increasing participation in Women and Girls football and giving girls the opportunity to play football on a regular basis in their school. Marriotts - 15:00-16:00 - This session is based around increasing participation in Women and Girls football and giving girls the opportunity to play football on a regular basis in their school. The sessions are designed to improve technical ability, social skills, teamwork and leadership and also physical fitness. Sessions are made up of a fun warm up, some technical coaching and finished with small sided matches.
