Stevenage FC Foundation is seeking highly motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and committed individuals to work within its expanding community programme.

The Foundation is looking to add a National Citizen Service (NCS) Coordinator to support the coordination, planning and delivery of our successful NCS programme. Specifically working alongside our Project Officer to ensure high quality delivery of both the Summer and Autumn NCS waves.

Job Title: National Citizen Service (NCS) Coordinator

Reports To: Project Officer

Location: Stevenage FC Foundation, The Lamex Stadium, Broadhall Way, Stevenage, SG2 8RH

Contract: Fixed Term Part Time (until October 2019, view to extend subject to funding)

Salary: £9,605.70 p/a (pro rata) - 22.5 hours per week

Job Purpose:

To support the day to day running of the Foundation by providing administrative support to the office in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner. Including working alongside the Senior Management Team to assist with projects delivered by the Foundation.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, alongside good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint). The role will consist of duties that ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation of the Foundation, this will include front of house as a first point of contact for customers, maintaining databases, supports senior staff with creating case studies and data collection, sourcing feedback from participants and other beneficiaries as well as other ad hoc duties to support the senior team.
