During the project of the five weeks, children will be encouraged to take part in verbal debates and discussions among themselves and also as a class, as well as being given various worksheets and tools to aid them in the completion of the course. 

Over the five weeks the following areas will be covered:

 - Healthy Eating - Diet, Food Groups etc

 - Exercise - Keeping Active, methods of exercise

 - Hygiene, Personal & Physical Health
