3rd December 2016 - Doncaster

On Friday 18th November, 17 local primary schools brought their Year 6 football teams to Stevenage Football Academy to take part in the first round of the 2016/17 Kinder +Sport EFL Trust Kids Cup. After a highly competitive group stage and early knockout rounds with some fantastic football on display, the final came down to St Catherines (Ware) and Walkern Primary School.Read more

10th December 2016 - Blackpool

During October half term 24 young people took part in our NCS programme. The young people travelled to Kingswood, Kent where they took part in outdoor activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, Jacobs ladder, 3G and team building.Read more

31st December - Colchester

This has been an eventful year for me in particular and the Foundation. The Foundation now employs fifteen members of staff as well as a pool of casual coaches that have collectively delivered nearly 3,000 hours’ worth of coaching and support into our local community.Read more

NCS Raise Money for Local Charities

3rd September 2016 Six teams of young people from across Stevenage have raised a massive £2832 for local charities after their phenomenal work last month. The Garden House Hospice, Child UK, Epilepsy Research UK, Willow Foundation, Herts Young Homeless and Stevenage FC Foundation will all benefit from these donations to aid their fantastic work in the local community.Read more

Foundation Welcomes New Staff - 24th September 2016

Over the course of the summer Bob Makin, Jack Rees, Jordan Wimpenny, Jimmy Martin and Josh Howard-Dobson all left the Foundation to take up new challenges, with a number of them accepting roles in the football clubs’ academy.Read more
